  As I sit to write these lines, the news is that Ukraine troops are being encircled and losing the Kursk oblast they invaded months ago in order to have a chip in a possible and hypothetical future peace negotiations with Russia. In the last few days I had the chance to watch Prof. Jeffrey Sachs ' 1 hour 33' speech before the EU Parliament ( here ), and I have also been following Prof. John Mearsheimer's opinions on such delicate topics as Ukraine, Russia, USA, Europe, China. It is amazing to see such prestigious scholars, who have been in the international relations arena for so many years, converge to the same point: they almost exactly reproduce Trump's words, blame Ukraine for the war, and accuse president Zelensky of "dragging his country into it" . They  also accuse Europe, especially Britain and France , of "rejecting peace" and fueling Ukraine to continue at war. Incredibly, none of these two prestigious professors say a word about Rus...

  Shameful behavior that of President Donald Trump and VP J.D. Vance on Feb. 28, 2025 when they received Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in the White House. Never before a foreign chief of state visiting the seat of the U.S. government had been so mistreated, shut up, humiliated, and sent out like that. Zelensky was ambushed by Trump and Vance: he was invited to the White House to sign an understanding involving Ukraine minerals in exchange for continued military assistance and guaranties against further Russian aggression. Instead, Zelensky found himself in a booby trap ; he was violently reprimanded by the two who tried to make him give up on his country saying Ukraine has already lost the war against the Russian invasion and there was nothing else he could do about it. In an unheard-of move, both Trump and Vance repeatedly called upon him, did not let Zelensky talk, accused him of not being grateful, and of offending the US.   Tremendo o vídeo do encontro do presidente Trump , o vice-presidente J.D. Vance , e o Volodymyr Zelensky na Casa Branca. Não se tem notícias de outro caso na história em que um chefe de estado tenha sido tão mal tratado e mandado calar a boca como fizeram com o presidente ucraniano. Zelensky se viu sozinho contra os dois titulares do Executivo que lhe deram uma reprimenda em uma língua que não é a sua, e não o deixaram falar . Contra a postura beligerante de Trump , Vance se mostrava com um sorriso irônico como dizendo, "Nada do que você falar aqui vai fazer diferença" . E certo momento, Zelensky pergunta ao Trump , "May I answer?"   Trump lhe responde que não, que ele não tem as cartas para jogar, e "You're disrespecting the country. This country" .
